• Crafting each handmade carbon fiber steering wheel is a meticulous process which takes up to man 20 hours involving several key steps:

  1. Design: Create a design using CAD software, considering ergonomics and aesthetics.

  2. Mold Making: Craft molds for shaping the carbon fiber layers.

  3. Carbon Fiber Prep: Cut carbon fiber sheets and impregnate them with epoxy resin.

  4. Layering: Strategically layer carbon fiber onto molds for strength and weight optimization.

  5. Vacuum Bagging: Remove air pockets and consolidate layers using vacuum pressure.

  6. Resin Infusion: Infuse resin into the layup for bonding and structural integrity.

  7. Curing: Harden the resin through curing in an industrial composite sealed oven.

  8. Trimming and Finishing: Trim excess material and refine edges for a polished look.

  9. Assembly: Assemble components such as heating inlays, hand stitched leather or Italian alcantara grips into the final steering wheel.

  10. Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure strength, weight, and fitment meet standards.
